Return and Exchange Policy

At NACS all apparel is crafted carefully but in case you receive the wrong order or a damaged product, you can exchange or return it within 3 days of delivery.

The procedure requires you to notify us through email info@notaclothingstore.com. Share your order details along with photos, within 3 days of receiving it.

Please return goods with a copy of the invoice and your name and address.

The customer needs to return the products via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post on their own expense to our address.

Delivery Charges will not be refunded.

Refund requests will be processed within 7 working days after receiving the return products.

Once the return order has been received with all correct items (including tags/labels), you will receive the amount via bank transfer or the exchanged product within 7 working days. In case the refunded amount is incorrect, you may contact our customer service at our given email or contact number.

You will be notified upon the confirmation of your return once your case is run through by our team, after the confirmation you will receive the article within 3-5 business days.
Conditions
The item can only be exchanged or returned if:
– It’s damaged or defective.
– The item doesn’t match the original product.
Worn items will not be refunded or exchanged under any circumstances.
There would be no return due to the following reasons:
– In case the product is damaged due to use or has been tampered with.
– If price tags, labels, and original packing is missing.
